How it Works
​

We reach out to potential candidates in your area of focus. 

 

If the contact has expressed interest in making a move or learning more about the opportunity, MXT Associates will email the candidate information about the position with your company.

​

We will place the Lead in pending status and pass on to 2nd tier for further vetting and confirmation. 

​

2nd tier will reach out to the potential lead to discuss your company and either confirm or deny the lead.

 

Once a lead is confirmed, the information about the lead and any available connection times  will be emailed to you.
